- We utilise a premium sponsored advertising and candidate attraction campaign plus a structured headhunt.
- Headhunt: We specifically approach passive candidates (who make up 76% of the market) to present them with your opportunity. Because they are not actively searching for a new role, these candidates would likely not see or apply to a job advert.
To do this, we will draw up a list of all suitable candidates employed at other organisations regionally/nationally who we believe have the right skillset. We then approach these candidates to discuss your role (initially without identifying the business). By doing this, we can engage with candidates in a way an advert / agency cannot – highlighting the advantages of your role whilst handling any ‘perceived’ negatives. This approach is far more likely to reach ‘passive’ candidates who are interested in opportunities, but not actively job hunting.
The result: a better-quality shortlist which offers a true reflection of the market.
- TSC engage with and screen every candidate from all sources, including client website and client referrals to ensure equality of service.
- All longlisted candidates are interviewed face to face prior to presenting them for shortlist. TSC provide a comprehensive report and profile for each candidate which addresses your key criteria.
- We provide full candidate management including delivering comprehensive feedback to all candidates (at shortlist and post-interview), we handle ‘offer management’ and negotiation (if applicable) up to and beyond the start date.
- Continually support until the role is filled.
